The Whip-It! one liter (2 pints) whipped cream maker is a perfect for anyone who loves adding a dollop of fresh whipped cream to their beverages such as mochas, lattes, frappuccinos, or brewed coffee. It’s also a great way to add fresh whipped cream to a pie, cake, or fill in desserts such as éclairs.

For an interesting twist replace the vanilla syrup with one of our more exotic Monin Flavored Syrups such as Chocolate Mint, Coconut, or Strawberry.

Step 1: Fill bottle half way with:

- 1 pint of heavy cream
- 3 oz. (6 pumps) of Monin Vanilla Syrup

Step 2: Place 1st N2O charger in holder and screw it in.
Step 3: Remove spent N2O charger
Step 4: Place 2nd N2O charger in holder and screw it in.
Step 3: Shake vigorously 4 – 5 times
Step 4: Enjoy fresh velvety whipped cream
