Reach out to our support team within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused portion of your product or any non-perishable equipment in its original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Ship the Item
Send your return back to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your package.
Processing and Refund
Once received, our team will inspect the items and issue a refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
